What is liquid facelift?
As we age, the face begins to lose collagen and elastin which contributes to sagging facial features. The loss of facial volume and elasticity also leads to the formation of wrinkles, lines and folds.
A Liquid Facelift is a technique for injecting advanced dermal fillers, such as Ellanser®, UVEDERM®, Radiesse® and Restylane® to lift and contour facial features. A non-surgical Liquid Face Lift can be undertaken to accomplish any of the following:
- Gentle lift of individual (or overall) facial features
- Reduced wrinkles, creases, line or folds
- Restoration of natural, curved facial contours
- A more rested, energetic look
- A friendlier smile
In some patients the goal of a non surgical Liquid Face Lift procedure is to lift the entire face. In others, the goal is to lift or contour specific facial features. For example, under eye bags and dark circles can be masked by using Liquid Facelift techniques; eyes can be opened up and lids lifted; jowls can be lifted and diminished; natural shape can be restored to flattened cheeks or temple areas; corners of the mouth can be lifted; and bumps on the nose can be hidden. Many of these conditions and contouring procedures are discussed on this web site, as well as treatment procedures for a variety of wrinkles, folds and lines.
BOTOX® & Dysport® may also used in conjunction with the dermal fillers to provide added lift and to help the endurance of the dermal fillers.
Who will benefit from a liquid facelift?
Everyone of us will have some visible signs of ageing from age 30 owards. The earliest sign of ageing are usually sunken temple, deepening tear trough and droopy lines at the corners of our mouths. It gives us a tired and unhappy look. A liquid face lift can give almost immediate correction to all of them. It gets better after this! As the skin stretches out, wrinkles diminish and our skin looks much more radiant!.

The number of syringes needed will vary from individual to individual. If BOTOX® or Dysport® is utilized with the dermal fillers, then the cost may increase from $200 – $600.
